Our manufacturing experience covers tactical equipment, outdoor and hiking bags, sports and travel bags, business carry, lifestyle products and student bags. We support product programs for customers in Europe, North America, Latin America and other international markets.
Our team works across technical interpretation, material sourcing, pattern and sample development, production planning, sewing, in-line coordination and final quality control. Customers can begin with an existing reference or develop a new product around their market, function, material, color, hardware and brand requirements.

Cutting Department
Approved materials are prepared and cut according to production patterns, marker plans and order requirements. Material identity, color and usable width are checked before bulk cutting begins.
Capacity is scheduled according to material type, pattern complexity and production plan.Sewing Department
Structured sewing operations cover panels, pockets, webbing, reinforcement points, linings and assemblies for technical bags and other sewn products.
